Goldify is operated by ACK Invent Hub LTD. We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If for any reason you are not happy with Goldify, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@getgoldify.com with your order number and we will process the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

After the refund window

After the 30-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any right of withdrawal granted to consumers in the EU/UK.
